Potato Soup

8-9 potatoes

1 stalk celery

1 small onion diced

1 carrot

2 eggs

2 cups flour

Milk

Peel potatoes and place in a large pot with 1 dices stalk of celery, 1 small onion diced, 1 carrot diced, Bring to a boil until potatoes are tender. Pour Milk into water after boil. Bring milk to a boil. Add dough. Cook until dough hardens. The flour in the dough will thicken the soup.

 

Dough:

2 eggs

2 cups flour

Salt

blend ingredients into a bowl. Break up any large pieces.
